I am not unhappy with the seller. I just cannot use the game account. The seller tried to help and provided 3 different accounts, but unfortunately none of them worked for me. I believe this is not intentional. I have purchased from this seller before and it worked well. This time it just happened that no valid account could be provided. I would like to request a refund, so I can use the money to buy another playable product. I still have a good impression of the seller and may buy from them again in the future if possible. Thank you for understanding.
